If you’re looking for a break from the noise of the world, join us for this one-hour guided pause happening monthly at The Millvale House, from 12–1 PM. This experience offers a chance to slow down in a calm, supportive space, alongside others who are also carrying a lot.

During our time together, you will learn simple, practical ways to help your nervous system settle. We’ll use gentle, down-regulating breathwork and a guided visualization designed to support rest, ease, and a sense of safety in the body.
You won’t have to share anything personal.
You won’t have to talk, perform, or fix yourself.
You won’t have to arrive calm or leave transformed.
You can sit, lie down, or move gently in whatever ways feel right for you.
You can just be.
This gathering also offers quiet community, and a reminder that if you’re feeling worn down or overwhelmed, you are not alone.
